Co-Anchored New Orleans' #1 rated live 4 ½-hour weekday morning newscast for legendary CBS affiliate WWL including daily news, breaking news, live interviews and taped segments. Covered various topics as anchor/host from politics to cooking and arts/entertainment while also serving as an enterprise reporter and recording daily news segments for Armstrong International Airport. Greatly advanced the station's social media leverage as New Orleans' first "Internet/Social Media Correspondent" during a significant transition in the news industry and, upon invitation, served as creator and host of a weeknight half-hour interview show covering everything from hot-button issues and in-depth interviews with public figures to celebrities living in or visiting New Orleans.

Nominated for an Emmy for reporting work during tenure as weekday morning anchor of live 2 ½-hour morning newscast. During this period the morning newscast experienced explosive growth in ratings from the #2 rated morning show in New Orleans. Regularly anchored breaking news & continuous coverage, solo anchored 12-hour shifts during international live coverage of Hurricane Gustav, and served as consumer & enterprise reporter.

Co-anchored Emmy-winning, two-hour live morning newscast on ABC & Fox affiliates (Best Southwest Morning Newscast 2008) & one-hour weekday noon newscast. Consistently rated #1 in market. Reporter (investigative, breaking & general assignment), anchored/produced Good Morning America local cut-ins, provided daily updates for K-News Radio 970, 1140 & 1250 AM, and served as a contributor for Telemundo affiliate (KUNA).

At 22 years old, became one of the youngest news anchors ever at a major network affiliate in the United States. Co-Anchored one-hour daily live morning newscast in addition to local news breaks during NBC’s Today Show, reported enterprise & general-assignment stories including Hurricane Katrina, the South Louisiana Serial Killer trial, John Kerry’s presidential campaign & 2003 Gubernatorial Election. Served as advisor for newsroom intern program.
